Hi! My name is Guo Rui （郭睿）and I’m known as Gray.

I’m a design researcher and creative strategist focused on site-specific scenarios under planetary-scale environmental challenges. I’m exploring the diversity in culture, ecology and technology through interdisciplinary research and multimedia storytelling.

With a background in creative media, I’ve collaborated with organizations including Scottish Association for Marine Science and Sustainable Conservation Trust, applying my creativity in interdisciplinary design projects. I also contributed to research efforts for Antikythera, a philosophy of technology think tank, during its studio operations at Central Saint Martins. I graduated from Central Saint Martins with a Distinction in MA Narrative Environments and I am currently working between Shenzhen and Shanghai.
